We have trained over 2,000 HVAC technicians in the greater Wayne area, and we need your expertise to help shape the next generation of industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach and mentor students in both classroom and lab settings.
• Ensure the training lab is prepared, clean, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist students in mastering clinical lab procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

What We’re Looking For :

Experienced HVAC professionals with current certifications.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of industry experience or recent graduates from a related postsecondary program.

A diploma or degree in the specific discipline.
