Project Manager

Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. You'll oversee all phases of project executionfrom engineering and programming to installation and closeoutensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
• Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
• Other duties as assigned

Geographic Disclosure :

Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary

Other Pay : eligible for annual bonus
