What you'll do :

Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant

Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively

Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant

Complete basic maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly

Work on the floor of the restaurant (either front of house or back of house) once the restaurant opens for the day
