Senior Trade Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first line of response to customer trading and system functionality inquiries

Write detailed user stories for production support items and manage client contacts through problem ownership

Test new software releases, monitor system uptime, and assist proprietary traders with technical issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies

3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET

Experience in the financial and trading industry

Strong analytical skills and target-driven mindset
