Position Summary :

The Therapist plays an integral role in our comprehensive patient centered care model. Typical responsibilities include the following :

• In an inpatient hospital setting conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify issues for patient and their family members
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plan
• Provide individual, group and family therapy
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
