Maintenance Manager – CNC (Direct Hire)
Direct Hire Career Opportunity for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager open due to upcoming retirement in an air-conditioned plant! If you have 5+ years Industrial Maintenance Management experience including expertise with CNC Machine Repair and still enjoy a combination of hands-on-work while showcasing your leadership skills to manage a small team, apply today for immediate consideration! - Hands-on position performing both preventative maintenance as well as repairs to CNC Machines, shop equipment as well as building facility including electrical, plumbing, hydraulics and pneumatics to minimize downtown.
- Demonstrate leadership skills managing a staff of 1 maintenance technician.
- Plan and manage major projects including obtaining quotes from contractors, preparing project estimates and overseeing project.
- Maintain computerized work order system for tracking maintenance and repair history
