Ponderosa Solutions is seeking a driven individual that wants to be part of a growing business to assist operations in the advancement and development of our services business.

Position Title : Terminal Operator

Location : St. Paul, MN

Status : Full-time, Nonexempt

Bonus eligible, 401K, medical, dental, and vision.

Ponderosa Solutions is committed to providing all the tools and training necessary for success. As a Terminal Operator, you will be performing tasks in a wide range of operation-based functions including operating equipment, inspecting rail cars, working with carriers and railroads and assisting with equipment and site maintenance. As is with all roles in our company, each employee is responsible for environmental, health, and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the organization's HS&E standards and with federal and state regulatory requirements.

Ponderosa Solutions is looking for a self-starter with the drive and passion to succeed.

• ? Ability to work alone without direct onsite supervision.
• ? Ability to work outside in inclement weather conditions.
• ? A valid driver's license is required.
• ? Ability to attend and pass all training associated with job requirements .This includes but is not limited to : OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FRA related courses.
• ? We are a drug free workplace. (Mandatory pre-employment and random testing will be conducted.)
• ? Must be able to proficiently communicate site information.
• ? Must be a U.S. citizen.
