Chief Finance Officer

Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic committed individual to serve as Chief Finance Officer.

This is a full-time, at-will position.

Position Overview

Mullen High School is a Lasallian, Catholic, college-preparatory school in Denver, Colorado. We are committed to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service to others. As we continue our legacy of more than 90 years in Denver, we are seeking a mission-aligned leader to serve as our Chief Finance Officer. The CFO will work closely with the President & CEO, the Board of Trustees, the Chief Development Officer, and the Executive Leadership Team.

Salary Range : $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience, and education

Mullen reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.

Position Summary

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a key member of the school’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of all financial aspects of Mullen High School. This includes budgeting, financial planning, accounting, audit coordination, tuition management, and risk assessment. The CFO ensures that all financial operations support the mission and strategic goals of the school, promoting long-term financial sustainability. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of financial best practices in educational or nonprofit settings, and a commitment to Catholic, Lasallian values.
