This position is a temporary, full-time, peak-load role for the winter season in Aspen, CO.

Overview

Housekeeper / Room Attendant responsibilities at The Little Nell for the winter season. This position is projected to run approximately 12 / 05 / 2025 to 04 / 20 / 2026.

Duties

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms in a clean and orderly manner, including making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, cleaning rooms, vacuuming, and emptying garbage.
• Report status of rooms and any damage or hazards; manage keys signed out; update daily room master sheet; assist with guest requests.
• Assist with guest requests such as delivering additional supplies to guest rooms; provide services with privacy as requested; schedule daily housekeeping at a time per guest preference; provide additional amenities (extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries) as needed.

Three-fourths Guarantee

The employer guarantees three-fourths of the total number of work hours of each 12-week period beginning with the first workday after arrival or the advertised need date, whichever is later, and ending on the contract expiration date.
