ABA Centers of Tennessee provides personalized and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and other developmental delays. Our team of highly qualified and compassionate BCBAs and other professionals work closely with families to help children achieve their full potential. We offer home-based, center-based, and community-based services, as well as parent training and school consultation. We accept most insurance plans and offer flexible scheduling options.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician located in Knoxville, TN. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs, collecting data on client progress, and providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental delays. The role will also include working closely with families, participating in team meetings, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Behavioral Intervention
  • Background in Psychology
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays is beneficial
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
