What You’ll Do

  • Plan, assign, supervise, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Oversee recruitment, orientation, and ongoing professional growth of new and existing team members.
  • Lead and participate in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings, ensuring excellent care and teamwork.
  • Drive business growth by engaging with the community and supporting team members in representing our services.
  • Manage hospice case loads as needed to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Provide education and in-service programs to staff, implementing new quality and compliance standards.
  • Monitor, report, and advise on improvements to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • What You Need

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; active RN license in Wisconsin with a clean record.
  • At least 2 years of RN experience and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within our service area.
