Site Acquisition Project Coordinator

Calling all detail-oriented project management rockstars! Are you passionate about the wireless telecommunications industry and keeping projects on track? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Site Acquisition Project Coordinator!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things project documentation and coordination. You'll :

  • Maintain meticulous control over site acquisition documents and databases.
  • Track project activities like a hawk, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Be the glue that keeps the team connected, fostering clear and timely communication.

We're looking for someone with :

  • 2+ years of project administration experience (bonus points for 1+ year in telecom!)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (education can substitute for some experience)
  • AT&T Site Coordination experience? We'd love to hear from you!
  • A keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask like a pro, and a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • The flexibility to travel occasionally.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to keep everyone informed.
