My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Membership unlocks access to over 60 of the latest ski and snowboard models and the convenience of choosing in-resort delivery and daily slopeside pick-up & drop-off, at 12 North American resorts. All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app.

Job Summary :

As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of My Epic Gear and, where applicable, Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery, and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for daily communications with members, gear setup and delivery scheduling, gear movement and inventory control, and reservation management, to ensure guest service and membership satisfaction. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skillssomeone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.

The expected pay range is $22.00 / hr - $26.03 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
