Reports to : Chief Executive Officer
This role is onsite 5 days a week.

Our people are at the core of everything we do, and we are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to support our growth and ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.
Position Summary : We are looking for a people-focused, strategic, and hands-on Director of Human Resources who will serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the CEO. Based in our Portland, OR studio, this role will lead and execute compliant and consistent HR initiatives across all four studios and is responsible for shaping and executing the company's people strategy, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a strong, inclusive culture.
