Health Coach

A company is looking for a Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with participants through telephonic calls to inform and enroll them in health programs

Provide individualized coaching to encourage behavior change and improve health outcomes

Coordinate services with a multi-disciplinary care team and track member progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required

1-2 years of related experience required, preferably in customer service

Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office

Ability to coordinate telephonic communication while navigating software platforms

Hard-wired internet connection is necessary as WIFI is not permitted
