The supervisor is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. Supervisors ensure that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. Supervisors actively provide guidance and instruction for crew members setting them up for successful shifts. Any pending issues, questions or concerns that require extra attention will be directed to supervisors who are on shift.
Job Responsibilities :
Motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer serviceTrains new hires and assists in getting them to perform up to company expectationsEnsures orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous mannerMaintains a safe, efficient and positive working environmentStudies and understands all company policies as to observe and enforce them on each shiftResponsible for food safety and qualityManage profitability on each shift by counting and controlling inventory flowMitigates product loss and profit shortageAssists in coordinating and assigning duties to employeesConduct and participate in crew member and manager meetingsAssist crew members in any and all day-to-day operations in the restaurant where necessaryRings discounts and promotions on the register as neededManages cash in the registers by balancing drawers, processing voids, and correcting errorsPrepares food in the back of house using proper sanitation and demonstrated techniquesDeals with customer concerns and complaints in a professional mannerCleans the kitchen area, lobby, and exterior
