LPD Engineering is a dynamic, woman-owned civil engineering firm specializing in innovative projects. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Office Management : Oversee daily office operations, including supply ordering, maintenance, and facilities management, and light IT work.
• Administrative Support : Provide essential administrative support to our engineering team and HR, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, reviewing resumes, and conducting phone interviews.
• Project Coordination : Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, preparing reports, reviewing project contracts, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
• Financial Assistance : Support accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience.
