What to Expect
Serve as the primary technical contact for Zoom's highest-tier customers, providing expert consultation on web and mobile developmentQuickly resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and successBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers through excellent communicationSupport complex technical situations for Elite customers, leveraging your technical expertiseDemonstrate full-stack web development skills by assisting in the creation of high-quality user interfacesWhat is Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or developer advocacyProven ability to communicate effectively with customers, both spoken and writtenExperience in full-stack web development and a solid understanding of web technology stacks, including TCP / IP, HTTP, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIProficiency with modern frontend technologies such as Node.js, React, Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS3How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
