We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. This position oversees robotics, injection molding machines, and facility systems—driving uptime, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.

$120,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

7.5% annual performance bonus

Oversee maintenance and repair of high-speed robotics, automation systems, and injection molding equipment (Husky, Van Dorn).

Manage plant systems including HVAC, compressors, plumbing, electrical, and facility infrastructure.

Lead troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics, including PLC and control systems.

Direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Coordinate projects and layouts for new equipment installations and workflow optimization.

Supervise and develop Maintenance Technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support production goals, safety, and efficiency.

Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects and services.

Support Lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement activities throughout the facility.

Ensure compliance with Quality Food Safety Management System (QFSMS) standards and company policies.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.

4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Injection molding experience with automation & robotics experience is a strong requirement .

Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work within CMMS and Microsoft Office systems.

Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
