What You Will Be Doing

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

  • Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.

    • What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, including peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

    • Training Requirements

    All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Attendance to additional online or computer-based training may be required throughout employment.

    Pre-Hire Assessment

    After you apply, you will be required to complete a pre-hire assessment that takes only 20 minutes or less. If selected, a recruiter or hiring manager will contact you for next steps.
