MBS is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain control over stock room, by issuing needed material to employees upon proper request, and to monitor quantities to be sure that needed parts do not get too low.
• Job also involves receiving incoming shipments from vendors and customers supplied inventory.
• Receive and inspect purchased items to purchase order per the purchasing procedure.
• Pick up and / or deliver documents as directed.
• Receive and issue items from stock.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift equipment and / or crane.
• Pack and prepare items and / or equipment for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain stock records as directed.
• Requisition purchased items to maintain minimal stocking levels.
• Maintain stockroom and work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Maintain records of left over or returned material.
• Other functions as directed.
• May assist in training of temporary / new employees.
