Restaurant Hospitality Manager Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach floor and bar staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Support the General Manager with ordering, inventory management, and guest service excellence
- Manage floor operations during busy service periods with composure and efficiency
- Oversee beverage program operations and eventually manage beverage ordering as Area of Responsibility (excluding wine)
- Maintain fine dining service protocols and stepped service standards
- Utilize administrative skills including Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Restaurant Hospitality Manager Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations (wine, beer, spirits)Fine Dining servers / bartenders ready to transition into leadership are welcomed to apply!Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups strongly preferredProven ability to perform under pressure during high-volume meal periodsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detailAdministrative proficiency, particularly with ExcelExperience with financial planning, reporting, and inventory analysis preferredDemonstrates loyalty and genuine passion for hospitality serviceExperience with Toast POSRestaurant Manager What We Offer
