Residential Solar Installers

HomeEnergy, Inc. ("HE ") is a solar and energy storage installation company, focused on climate change, with over 100 employees. We deliver high quality, reliable, white label solar construction services that enable our partners to grow their businesses. We are an experienced team of dedicated, hard-working, and focused operations, installation, and service professionals, who understand the importance of the work we do for our partners and their customers.

We are looking for highly-dedicated crew members, welcoming new AND experienced workers in the solar industry!

Roof Lead

  • 12-18 months experience running the roof
  • Proven ability to read / draw plans
  • 12 months wiring J-boxes
  • 12-18 months bending conduit

Roof Support

  • Min 9-12 months experience in Roof Support or similar position
  • 6 months wiring J-boxes
  • 6 months bending conduit

    • Roof Help

  • 3 months in construction & willingness to learn
