About the Position

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Painter Foreman; the position requires a willingness to learn and perform a variety of trades and specialty skills in the industrial maintenance sector. These will include, but not be limited to painting, safely operate heavy equipment or any other company vehicle; complete all paperwork related to the position / project. In addition, power washing, scaffolding, vacuuming, shoveling, blasting, grinding, construction, demolition. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Physical Demand Level (PDL)

The PDL for this position will range from Medium to Very Heavy. You must be willing and able to fulfill all physical demands regularly.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment : You will regularly be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, with noise levels varying from moderate to severe.

Work Hours Shift times vary based on customer needs, including afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Flexibility is essential.

Travel Requirements Travel is required for out-of-state work, which may involve air or vehicle travel, and hotel stays.

Safety Responsibilities Comply with all Groome, OSHA, and customer safety policies.
