Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility, requiring an active CA RN license and long-term care leadership experience.

Responsibilities Position is for House Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Involves supervisory responsibilities over SNF nursing staff

Alternating weekend shifts are required

Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing (DON) and SNF nursing personnel

Assists in supervision of nursing activities and ensures quality patient care

Responsible for staffing schedules, payroll, overtime authorization, and personnel management actions

Assists in performance evaluations, recruitment, and helps develop policies and procedures

Supports accreditation and licensing compliance documentation

Involved in SNF nursing budget management and staff orientation

Promotes effective working relationships with medical staff, administration, and other departments

Dependability, organization, reliability, and good attendance are essential

Requirements Active California RN license required

Current CPR certification required

Three to five years of progressive nursing leadership experience in long-term care required

Direct personnel management experience highly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
