Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will be part of the HR department supporting the recruitment efforts for tech and digital internship programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range : $47 - $50

Shift : 1st shift

What's the Job?

Participate in the full cycle recruiting process for Northwestern Mutual's corporate internship program, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals, driving early career recruiting programs to source top talent.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
Identify and utilize innovative recruiting channels, including social networking, college recruiting programs, and targeted websites.
Maintain accurate and clean data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support effective recruitment processes.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT or digital recruiting, preferably within high-growth environments.

Fundamental understanding of technology concepts related to digital and tech roles.

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to research and penetrate new recruiting channels based on industry knowledge.

Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
