About the Company

A well-established ice cream & dairy manufacturer (south of Green Bay, WI) with over 50 years of success and a strong regional reputation is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at their growing facility. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to company leadership, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact on people, processes, and performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of plant operations : production, maintenance, logistics, safety, and budget.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Lead process improvements, lean initiatives, and capital projects.

Track and analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Partner with senior leadership on long-term strategic goals.

Foster employee development, morale, and engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years of plant leadership experience in dairy, ice cream, or food manufacturing.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, team development, and performance management skills.

Experience with maintenance, plant engineering, and lean manufacturing preferred.

Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
