Clerical Support Specialist

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist for our client, a well-established organization in Oklahoma City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data accuracy, and contributing to a smooth office workflow.

The Clerical Support Specialist will assist with mail processing, data entry, and research tasks to ensure information accuracy and proper documentation. The ideal candidate has prior office experience, is dependable, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Open, sort, and process incoming mail and returned correspondence.
  • Research and update address information using internal and web-based systems.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases.
  • Support general office operations and assist with administrative projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve information discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle all information with discretion.

Qualifications :

  • Previous office or administrative experience required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
