Entry-Level Case Manager Social Services

Location : San Diego, CA

Pay : $18.50 / hour + mileage reimbursement

What Youll Do

  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered planning .
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, goal-setting, and accessing community resources.
  • Conduct basic assessments to identify strengths, needs, and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with families, service providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen your skills.
  • What Were Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (training is providedno prior case management experience required).
  • Compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse communities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation for community visits.
  • Familiarity with local resources is a plus.
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful but not required well train you!
  • Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
