Spero Hospice is looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.   • Conduct in-home assessments and manage symptom control
  • Develop and update care plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide direct clinical care focused on comfort and dignity
  • Collaborate with the medical director, social workers, and aides
  • Support families and guide them through the hospice process
  • Advocate for patients' wishes and cultural values
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate care strategies
  • Communicate with outside providers as needed
  • Educate families on care expectations and ways to help
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and continuity Qualifications :
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
  • 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience (hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred)
  • Knowledge of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
