PositionPurpose :

The Inside Sales and Logistic Specialist will serve as the interface between our Sales, Distributors, and various channels, manufacturing and accounting. They will take and track orders, POs, Control bills and various reporting in our ERP / CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Proficient in understanding accounting software and customer resource management tools (ERP / CRM)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to set, prioritize and manage all projects and job duties to reach department goals and objectives
• Knowledge and ability to use Excel, Word and Power Point
• Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
• Work experience in inside sales and or logistics related role
• Work experience in an admin related role
• Inside sales : 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative : 1 year (Preferred)
• Logistics : 2 years (Preferred)
• E-Commerce : 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience with Import / Export Logistics : 1 year (Preferred)
