• Setting : Hospital based (187-bed Level I Trauma / Academic Center)
• OR / Procedure Areas : 9 main ORs, 3 endoscopy suites, EP Lab, TEE, Neuro IR, Bronch, MRI lines
• EMR : Epic
• Privileges : Required
• Estimated Credentialing : 60â€"90 days
• Trauma Level : I
• Team Model : CRNAs supervised by anesthesiologists (up to 4 CRNAs per attending)
• Patient Demographic : Adult
• Department Morale : Collaborative, supportive, excellent physicianâ€"CRNA relationship Requirements
• NBCRNA Certified
• Active Nebraska license (or willing to obtain)
• Epic experience preferred
• Clean malpractice and background highly preferred Clinical Details
• Case Mix : General, urology, trauma, neuro, gyn, gyn-onc, ortho, ortho trauma, EP, GI
• Bread-and-butter cases with emphasis on spine, bariatrics, ortho
• Supervised practice model Compensation
