Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Director with strong digital marketing expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to oversee patient acquisition efforts through our internal call centre. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the organisation’s growth objectives, with a sharp focus on new patient acquisition, brand awareness, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Own the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — with a data‑driven approach.
Work closely with clinic operations, business development, and senior leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Develop go‑to‑market plans for new services, campaigns, and clinic openings.
Digital Marketing
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Manage the website and ensure consistent brand presence and performance optimisation (conversion, speed, UX).
Leverage analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot) to track and optimise campaigns.
Project Management
Lead cross‑functional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.
Manage external vendors and creative agencies to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.
Call Centre Oversight & Patient Acquisition
Collaborate with the call centre team to streamline processes and optimise lead‑to‑patient conversion.
Implement systems and scripts to ensure a seamless experience for new patient inquiries and bookings.
Monitor call centre performance metrics (response time, conversion rate, call quality) and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and project management.
Experience in healthcare, dental, or patient‑centric service industries is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour in the healthcare sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands‑on, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre management tools.
Experience managing digital ad spend and performance marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and data‑led decision‑making.
Ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams, including marketing, creative, and customer service.
