Engagement Overview : seeking to engage a strategic IT M&A Deal Lead to support its Corporate Development Office and Global IT organization throughout the term of the engagement. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of IT workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures—with a particular focus on application systems integration for acquisitions and application / infrastructure separation for divestitures. The Deal Lead will oversee both application and infrastructure project managers, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business continuity requirements.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $110 and $115. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
