Our client, a cutting-edge conversational AI technology agency, islooking for a Product Designer with strong visual craft and systems thinking to shape the digital experience across theirplatform. This role sits at the intersection of product and brand - bringing clarity, cohesion, and polish to how users engage with the products. You’ll work on interfaces, onboarding flows, and digital surfaces that guide users and elevate the overall experience.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and ensure every touchpoint feels intuitive and refined. The role calls for autonomy, leadership within your domain, and the ability to introduce frameworks that accelerate outcomes and raise quality across teams.

You Will : Design and refine an intuitive, scalable UI that aligns with our design system and brand

Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, user-centered design solutions

Create high-impact visuals and interaction flows that turn complex problems into straightforward, actionable experiences

Build Figma prototypes and interactive flows to communicate ideas and gather feedback early

Work closely with product and engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver work on time

Lead your projects independently, from concept to completion

Contribute to and evolve design systems to bring consistency and efficiency across the product

Introduce processes and design frameworks that improve collaboration and speed up execution across teams

You Have : 2+ years of professional experience in digital, product, or experience design

Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, UI thinking, and systems-level work

Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and library management

Able to manage multiple projects independently and push work forward without heavy oversight

Confident communicator and collaborator across product, engineering, and marketing

Strong visual judgment, with an eye for detail and quality across UI

Logistics : Projected Start Date : As soon as the right candidate is identified

Fulltime position, 40 hours / week

Onsite / offsite : Onsite in their Manhattan office, 4 days a week. This is firm.

Laptop / Program Requirements : A laptop will be provided for you

Team Structure : 4 people on the design team

Reporting to : Design Lead
