Learning & Education Lead
Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Education Lead to join our People & Culture team. This teammate will play a critical role in building and sustaining Bloom's culture of learning by coordinating onboarding, managing our Learning Management System (RELIAS), and supporting provider education and ongoing development.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this individual will serve as Bloom's adult learning expert, advising on best practices for engaging, effective education. They will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure all teammates and providers receive impactful, compliant, and up-to-date training that supports Bloom's high standards of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the new teammate onboarding process, including :
- Pre-hire communications with incoming employees
- Hosting Day One orientation
- Ensuring all required paperwork and documentation is complete and compliant
- Partner with HR, Compliance, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and engaging start for every new teammate
- Support Bloom's Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Directors in developing, organizing, and delivering monthly provider education meetings
- Partner with the Provider Onboarding Workgroup to design ongoing learning experiences for new and existing clinical providers
- Contribute to the development of continuing education content that supports provider excellence, engagement, and professional growth
- Serve as Head Administrator of Bloom's LMS (RELIAS), including :
- Creating, managing, and updating courses
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on learning and compliance data
- Enhancing the learning experience through innovative LMS features and best practices
- Ensure all courses are current, compliant, and aligned with Bloom's standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, including room reservations, trainer assignments, and logistical support
- Manage Bloom's UpToDate and Open Evidence subscriptions and ensure timely access for providers and clinical teams
- Advise leaders on adult learning principles and best practices for engaging content delivery
- Partner with the HR and leadership teams to enhance learning culture and educational strategy across Bloom
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field2+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or education program management; healthcare experience preferredStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practicesPrior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably RELIASExcellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environmentPassion for education, collaboration, and supporting Bloom's mission to help patients and teammates thriveThe salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $90,000 - $100,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
