We’re looking for an Equipment Operator who takes pride in running machinery efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting production goals. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality output and the timely completion of jobs.
- Training on 1st(6+ months)
- Transfer to 2ndshift after training
- Starting at $20 / hour + $0.75 / hour differential = $20.75 / hour
What You’ll Do
Operate production equipment safely and in line with company proceduresTake care of tools, equipment, and materials to avoid damage or lossKeep job records accurate and up to dateAlert your supervisor to any issues that could impact quality or timingPerform routine cleaning, adjustments, and maintenance on equipmentComplete required quality checks to ensure products meet standardsWhat You’ll Need
Ability to stand throughout your shift (up to 8 hours)Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs (with or without accommodation)Comfortable with bending, kneeling, or twisting as neededAttention to detail and a focus on doing the job right
