Job Title : Registered Nurse - Hospice

Location : Burlington, NC 27215

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Day shift, 5x8s)

Requirements :

Active RN license (Temp / pending accepted with confirmation it will be active by start date)

Minimum 1 year of hospice case management experience required

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred

First-time travelers accepted with previous hospice or home health experience

Must have own transportation – this is NOT an inpatient role

Comfortable working independently in the field

Two supervisory references required
