• Shift : Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07 : 00 - 19 : 00)\n
• Total Hours per Week : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780-$1910\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown RN experience with prior travel assignment, or 3 years PCU experience without travel\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state (TN RN license or compact state license required)\n
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred\n
• Current BLS certification (must be valid for entire assignment)\n
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (per travel nurse guidelines)\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions permitted)\n
• Cerner EMR / charting experience preferred\n
• Ability to manage high patient ratios in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
• At least one completed previous travel nursing assignment\nCardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients in the IMU / Step Down Unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using Cerner EMR\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and cardiac interventions as prescribed\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float between similar units and campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed\n
• Maintain compliance with facility and healthcare policies and procedures\n
