About the Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot both mechanical systems and electrical equipment in a fast-paced transformer manufacturing environment. This role is about 80% mechanical maintenance and repair, with about 20% focused on commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting . From keeping machines running smoothly to supporting continuous improvement projects, you’ll be part of a team that values your expertise, your ideas, and your commitment to doing the job right.

What You’ll Do :

As our Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our equipment and facility in top shape. You’ll :

• Stay ahead of downtime by performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot like a pro when mechanical or electrical issues pop up, getting equipment back online quickly.
• Work with both low- and high-voltage electrical systems in a safe and compliant manner.
• Install, align, replace, and fine-tune equipment components such as bearings, belts, pulleys, and gear systems.
• Handle electrical tasks such as wiring, replacing lighting fixtures, and diagnosing electrical component failures.
• Support plant-wide initiatives including 5S, safety programs, and continuous improvement projects.
• Keep things documented — accurately recording maintenance work and sharing updates so the team is always in the loop.
