Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your

total compensation

consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Mentorship Bonuses :

Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Certification Bonuses :

Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Training & Development

: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice

Research & Innovation :

Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

Clinical Guidance :

Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as : Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri

Continuing Education

: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Your Role

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging

Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth

Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
