Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.Independently manage a wide range of cases, excluding cardiac and obstetrics.Perform regional blocks and other advanced procedures as appropriate.Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff in a 1 : 3 model.Maintain compliance with documentation, safety standards, and quality initiatives.Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement efforts.Rotate through shifts with flexible start / end times (8, 10, or 12 hours) – no overnight shifts.Cover approximately one weekend every five weeks and one evening shift stretch every six weeks.What We’re Looking For
Current CRNA certification and Arizona licensure (or eligibility).Strong clinical judgment with comfort managing diverse case types.Skilled in or willing to learn regional anesthesia techniques.Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to patient-centered care.Open to CRNAs at all career stages – from newly certified to seasoned professionals.Location and Work Arrangements
Location : Flagstaff or Verde Valley / Sedona area, Northern Arizona.Setting : Hospital and ambulatory surgical centers.Schedule : Full-time, salaried; 3–5 shifts / week averaging 40 hours.Flexibility : Ample time-off opportunities with PTO or creative shift grouping.
