Join The Badeaux Agency, LLC and become a key player in the vibrant field of insurance sales as a Remote Licensed Insurance Agent . We are an Allstate Agency based in Metairie, Louisiana. The ideal candidate has their P&C Insurance License and has prior sales experience. We offer a base salary, based on experience, plus commission. As an added benefit, we offer a fun work environment that includes a schedule that allows our employees to take every other Friday off as a personal day. This personal day is not counted as vacation time, it is just a personal day off. In exchange, we are looking for an energetic, team-player, that wants to help us reach our agency goals.

Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current policyholders.
Consultative Selling : Provide in-depth consultations, understanding client needs, and delivering customized insurance solutions.
Lead Management : Actively manage and convert leads provided by the company.
Cross-Selling : Identify and promote relevant insurance products that complement the clients current coverage.
Policy Reviews : Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure coverage remains aligned with their needs.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales with Allstate or State Farm a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Customer Focus : A strong dedication to meeting and surpassing client expectations.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work setting, maintaining both productivity and effective collaboration.
