AUDITOR / INSURANCE & MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST

Location : Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma

Schedule : Monday - Thursday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

No nights, weekends, or Fridays

Are you ready to use your billing and insurance experience in a meaningful new way? At NTCO, we're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives on accuracy, loves solving problems, and wants to support patients through clear and honest communication. This position is an auditor position primarily, but also includes other areas of insurance when necessary. You may not have auditing experience-but you're already doing the kind of work that translates perfectly. You're curious, precise, and take ownership of getting it right.

What You'll Be Doing

Review chart notes for clear, accurate, and compliant documentation

Translate clinical notes into superbills using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes

Verify insurance benefits to estimate co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs

Collaborate with providers, front desk, and clinical teams to ensure efficient billing

Keep organized and compliant records in accordance with HIPAA and payer guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in insurance, medical billing, coding , auditing, or other similar roles

Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding

Experience using EHR systems and billing platforms

Understanding of insurance plans, co-insurance, and patient responsibility

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points For :

Knowledge of payer policies and compliance standards

Medical coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS , etc.)

Previous experience in a medical office or billing department
