Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, UX Design – Core Ecommerce. Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas with generous relocation assistance. Join a pioneering design team at a Fortune 500 retail company and help revolutionize the online shopping experience for millions. Lead a team shaping key components of the company’s website and mobile app, directly impacting how customers navigate and shop. Your expertise in ecommerce and passion for innovative design will drive revenue and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Craft exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Facilitate design sprints and workshops to generate innovative ideas.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes to test and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing design team.
  • Champion design thinking across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design solutions.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
  • Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
