JOB OVERVIEW

  • Specialty Backup : Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Support Staff : Collegial team of system physicians
  • Leadership & Reporting Structure : Hospital-employed physician model

Requirements : BC / BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • DEA & Certifications : DEA, CSR required

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide obstetric and gynecologic care within an inpatient setting
  • Deliver and manage laboring patients and obstetric emergencies
  • Support gynecologic surgical procedures and consults
  • Collaborate with advanced practitioners and nursing staff

    • Document care accurately using EPIC EM
