Education & Experience :

• Ph.D. in Plasma Physics , Electrical Engineering , or a related field with a focus on RF plasma systems
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the semiconductor sector , specifically in plasma cleaning , PEALD (Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition) , plasma etching , and remote plasma source (RPS) technologies
