job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with ideation, concept development, and branding. Lead team projects and work independently on individual projects including print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, and more. Utilize computerized systems in the design process effectively. Manage projects from initial concept to final production and distribution, including timeline management and quality control. Manages individual projects beginning with internal briefings, managing timelines, and scheduling work-back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards. Cost Control - Manages both individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets. Graphic Design - Will work with Graphic Designers that create the design but this person will put together the schematics of the design that will be sent to factories for production. Act as a liaison among design managers, marketing, product design teams, and outside agencies. Inclusive and diverse work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience. If no degree, 7-8 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with graphic designers and factory partners.
- Passion for sportswear and streetwear.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
- Previous experience with sportswear companies or similar industries.
- Experience working in screen print.
- Familiarity with CLO 3D fashion design software.
- Efficiency on Mac laptops and client office systems.
