Schedule : Looking for 2-3 12hr shifts a week

Call schedule : none

CRNA will be supervised

Average number of surgical cases / day : 35

Average number of pain management cases : 0

Number of operating rooms : 16

No peds

Please Note : car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returnedDo NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.

RATE CAP 265 / hour

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in / out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved
