What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and team efficiency. Your mission is to lead, support, and inspire the FOH team while maintaining service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flowLead and mentor FOH team members, fostering a positive and professional work environmentMaintain high standards of hospitality, service, and guest engagementAssist in training, scheduling, and coaching FOH team members to ensure operational successEnsure all guest concerns and requests are handled efficiently and professionallyWork closely with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service executionOversee table management, reservations, and service efficiency to maximize guest experienceMonitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance to maintain a polished dining environmentAssist with inventory, ordering, and POS system managementEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulationsExecute tasks assigned by Restaurant Leadership with professionalism and enthusiasmWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume restaurantStrong understanding of front-of-house operations, guest service, and team leadershipAbility to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, organization, and service standardsComfortable with POS systems, reservations, and floor managementMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentalityWhy THE ONE GROUP is Your Next Career Move
